While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt
to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as
possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you
acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and
opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or
webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held
liable.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful,
threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate
any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and
permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP
address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum
have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time
should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have
entered above being stored in a database. While this information will
not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster,
administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking
attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local
computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have
entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The
e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and
password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current
one).
How to get started on the forum:
1. Log on to the STAR 370 Forum web page. (www.starchapter370.the-talk.net )This takes you to the STAR 370 home page.
2. If you have registered just click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand of the page and log in with your sign in name and password.
3. If you are new to the forum and would like to sign up simply click the "register" link of the page.
4. The next page that comes up is the registration page. Fill in the username you would like to use (this is also the name that comes up when you post a message). Choose a password, and enter your E-mail address. Don't forget to check the service agreement box at the top. After you fill in all the information just click the "Save" button at the bottom right of the page.
5. Now if you don't get any error messages for you will be signed in as a STAR 370 Forum user.
6. Now just click on the "Forum" tab and begin posting messages on the forum.
7. To customize your profile click on your user name in the top right hand corner.
8. When finished you need to log our by clicking "Logout" in the top right hand corner of the page.
9. You will have to "Sign In" after every time you leave the page and then return at a later date.
10. You might have to wait for me to activate your account, it might take 24 hours.
If you are still having problems I can get your signed up as well just E-mail me the name you would like to use and the password you would like to use with the E-mail address you would like notices to be sent to and I will get you registered and will E-mail you back when you are all set up to go.
